OpenOffice.org newsgroups and RC4

For those interested in OpenOffice.org you can now join the dicussions in newsgroups. In the past the only way used to be mailing lists. I hate mailing lists. I love newsgroups.
The news server is called news.gmane.org and you can see all the available newsgroups.

OpenOffice.org RC4 is out!
Download for Linux, Solaris or Windows.

Apparently I am not alone in my hatred for mailing lists. Funny thing is that just this morning, I saw a message on the XFCE4 mailing list (argh), that contained a IRC log with a bug report. The original reporter refused to post it to the mailing list because, well.. he hates mailing list!
