PuTTY sucks big time. I downloaded the program and tried it.
- No installation
- No session management
- No SecureCRT conversion
- No way...!
Good job on the Flash Detection. I have never seen the ability to use javascript to detect the major and minor versions of Flash. How is this done? I noticed that it appears to be hitting a reg key {D27CDB6E-AE6D-11CF-96B8-444553540000}
I am not sure if that is a reg key or not. How was this method of detection discovered?
What does the xml and style portion of the detection do? Is there any documentation on how this sollution was uncovered?
Thank you,
Vincent Clark
On the page are two ways of detecting Flash. One is via JavaScript and one, not really detection just information using using a Flash object.

PuTTY is so much better than SecureCRT. And free too!
