4getmoz version 2.1.0
I just released version 2.1.0 of 4getmoz which is a Mozilla, Mozilla Firefox and Mozilla Thunderbird download script for 4NT users. The 4getmoz script provides all 4NT users with an easy and fast way to download and install the nightly build of both Mozilla, Mozilla Firefox and Mozilla Thunderbird.
- added Mozilla Thunderbird support
- big rewrite
- now installs in full product name directory fx C:\Program Files\mozilla.org\nightly\Mozilla Firefox
- cygwin build support
- defaults to tinderbox builds
You *do* realize, right, that the name '4getmoz' immediately brings to mind the phrase "forget moz" which makes it sound like an *un*installer.Comment by Ran at February 20, 2004 10:31 PM | Permalink
Yes I do realize that. When I created 4getmoz there was already a script called getmoz. It was a unix script to download Mozilla. And normally all 4NT scripts are called 4 something.
So it's kind of a joke...Comment by Henrik Gemal at February 20, 2004 10:41 PM | Permalink
I've never heard of 4NT before -- it looks like an expensive replacement for cygwin, but without the *nix commands.
Sell it to me, Gemal!
