Firefox extension install generator

If you need help updating or creating an extension for Firefox 0.9, you can use the Firefox install.rdf generator.

7 is a valid version number according to http://www.mozilla.org/projects/firefox/extensions/update.html

Yeah, apparently Ben changed that after I wrote this script. I'll fix it in a minute.
