Re: icons not showing up:
Is that for every graphic, or the actual window icons? I previously had problems with Firebird; turned out that the copy of perl I was using (from cygwin) was doing CR/LF conversions on copy, which kills the PNGs on makejars.pl. Grabbing an older Perl solved it for me.

Havn't tried Thunderbird though.

Did you fix your IMAP problems? And have you actually improved T-birds IMAP support, if so many of us would probably want to check it out ;)

I was trying to fix bug http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=210683 It now has a fix and awaits review
